E² Expanders are AI-designed using the most commonly prescribed expander configurations, resulting in six standardized designs that allow you to simply select the configuration that best fits your patient’s needs. The 6's must be erupted to use these designs. To maintain the consistency and efficiency of these designs, customizations or modifications are not available.

Buccal attachments feature a lip-style design with an integrated round tube and can accommodate up to a .019 × .025 rectangular archwire. This design eliminates the need for a custom bracket or band removal attachment.

Using available anatomy, the software intelligently selects the largest possible expansion screw. Every E² Expander is fabricated with either a Leone 4-arm screw or a Leone 2-arm miniscrew for predictable, reliable results.

All E² Expanders feature bondable flat lingual arms for predictable placement. When exfoliating primary teeth are detected, the software intelligently offsets the lingual arm by 2 mm to accommodate natural shedding or extraction.
