Djamil Abiyev
Djamil Abiyev comes from a family deeply rooted in the medical field, with both his grandfather and father practicing dentistry. His passion for the profession began in childhood, assisting his father in the office by sterilizing instruments and helping chairside. Following in their footsteps, Djamil earned his Doctorate in Dentistry from Azerbaijan Medical University, setting the stage for a career dedicated to patient care and excellence.
Driven by a vision to elevate dental laboratories into true partners for clinicians, Djamil founded Partners Dental Studio with a singular goal: to ensure patient care is always the highest priority while delivering unparalleled precision and innovation. Under his leadership, the studio has become a total solution in appliance design and manufacturing, setting industry standards for quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Djamil’s unwavering dedication to patients and passion for innovation continues to shape the future of dentistry—reminding the industry that true excellence begins with heart, precision, and an unrelenting commitment to making a difference.

Trisha Abiyev
Trisha always dreamed of being a teacher. After earning her BA in English Literature, she discovered her true passion: teaching adults.
She built a career in learning and development, focusing specifically on leadership development, where she thrived on helping people achieve results through others.
When her husband, Djamil, invited her to join Partners Dental Solutions, she eagerly stepped into a new role—bringing her expertise in communication, coaching, and team development to the business.
Together, they form a dynamic husband-and-wife team, guiding the vision and culture of Partners. Trisha helps translate that vision into action, ensuring the promises they make—to their team and to practices—are grounded in innovation, communication, dependability, consistency, and quality. Through her leadership, Partners isn’t just a dental lab; it’s a place where people, processes, and partnerships thrive.
